Evening Meditation Group

Fridays Free Evening Meditation (7:00pm - 9:00pm) is our weekly group meditation practice session. The simple practices of Chan meditation include walking, light yoga exercise, sitting, and standing.

Sitting periods are approximately 30 minutes, but one is welcome to sit continuously. The current topic for discussion is "Tea Words" by Chan Master Sheng-Yen.
